This was new to me, as I have never seen an Agave attenuata (Fox tail agave) flower.
After a little search on Google I found out..
- can take up to 40 years before the flower
- Native to the plateau of the State of Jalisco in central Mexico
- The inflorescence is a dense raceme 2.5 to 3 meters (8 to 10 ft) high, with greenish-yellow flowers.
- Only flowers once then dies
- Flowers rich in Nectar
